Ready to Laugh? The funniest posters from the June 30th Families Belong Together March

There are the beautiful protest posters, the grab-you-by-the-feelings posters, the angry posters, but by far my favorite genre are the funny protest posters. Why? Because laughter energizes. Laughter makes heavy burdens lighter. And right now, what we’re doing as a nation to refugee and immigrant families is a heavy burden indeed. That’s why this march I decided to collect all the funny and witty protest posters I could find in one place.

Enjoy it today, and then save it for those days when the word feels too heavy. Let these sisters and brothers across the nation lift you up and give you life to keep going.
