A lovely essay about what to do when you’re worn out from fighting back. Know that you are not alone.

And similar to last week’s singing analogy, she talks about a flock of Canadian Geese. Where are you at? Are you back of the flock tired? or middle of the flock flapping? or are you filled with lead goose energy? Assess your energy levels to decide where you’re going to be within the movement today.
