Anger is a tool. When used properly it helps us to see the world’s truths and burn away injustice. Don’t take our word for it. Watch this TED talk with Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Kailash Satyarthi who has used anger to save 83,000 children from slavery, and more. His ability to focus his anger at the injustices at the world has helped him to move mountains.

And while you’re there, be sure to stay until the final interview where he explains where he “sees the face of his God”–just be sure grab the tissues first.
